This plantations utilizes 170.000 m2 for the cultivation of traditional banana trees, citrus trees, and large scale palm trees for landscaping projects, as well as a beautiful forest of Kentia plants, used for collecting seeds.

The rest of the land is composed of a valley of plants endemic to the Canary Islands.
